Frequently Asked Questions
What are the check-in and check-out times, and are exceptions possible?
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm and check-out must be by 11.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and for a fee.
What payment methods are accepted and how much is the deposit?
A deposit of 30% is required in advance to confirm your booking. You can pay the remaining balance in cash, by Mastercard, Visa or EC card (Maestro).
What are the cancellation terms?
There are no cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival. After that, the following scales apply: 40% from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 70% from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, and 90% of the total amount in the final week before arrival.
Are there car parks, Wi-Fi and are pets allowed?
Outdoor parking and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel are available free of charge. Spaces in the underground car park are subject to a charge. Pets are not permitted in our hotel.
Are there family rooms or rooms with connecting doors?
Yes, for families we offer both spacious family suites and rooms with a convenient connecting door.
What wellness facilities are available?
Our wellness area features an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a steam room, a Kneipp pool, alternating foot baths, sensory showers and, in summer, a sunbathing lawn. Bathrobes and towels are provided free of charge in your beach bag in your room. You can easily book soothing massages directly at reception.
Is there a gym?
Yes, there is a gym in the basement.
What does the ‘Verwöhnpension’ include, and what dining options are available?
In winter, the ‘Verwöhnpension’ includes breakfast and dinner; in summer, it also includes an afternoon snack. The hotel bar and restaurant are always open; in winter, there is also an à la carte restaurant.
Are special dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) available?
Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free alternatives. Please simply let our reception know in advance.
How far is the hotel from the ski lifts and slopes?
The hotel is situated right next to the ski slope and just 20 metres from the ski lift.
Does the hotel have a ski room or bicycle storage room?
A free ski and bicycle room is located in the basement.
